Danville Signal is releasing a new 12V Multichannel Trigger / Sequencer at Axpona 2025.
Modern power amplifiers have had 12V trigger inputs for some time. This convenient feature works well until you have a large collection of power amplifiers to manage simultaneously. Most preamplifiers, AVRs, and control centers have a very limited number of 12V trigger outputs and they are not designed to supply multiple targets.
Danville Signal’s 12V Trigger / Sequencer can manage up to 8 amplifiers. Each output has individually programmable time delay so amplifiers can be powered up in any order. This controls in-rush current from the AC mains.
If your AVR or preamp lacks a 12V trigger, you can also start the sequence with a switched outlet. This is a great way to take advantage of remote powering with legacy equipment.
- Eight 12V Tirigger Output
- Individually Programmable Time Delay
- dspNexus Compatible
- Expands 3.5mm 12V Tripper Outputs from Preamps & AVRs
- Creates 12V Tripper Outputs from Switched AC Mains
Danville expects to be shipping units at the end of April 2025. The price is $300 each.
